Retail Products
Products that are “gently used” may be exchanged for a product of equal or less value
provided the product is returned within 7 days. If product exchange is not acceptable,
then the money associated with the retail product sale will be refunded or deposited as
a credit into your Elena May Salon Client Account.
Services
Dissatisfaction in service results must be expressed within 7 days of the service and the
client MUST return the salon for the work/results to be evaluated and inspected to
determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. If a client is unwilling to return to Elena May Salon for review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. Elena May Salon will provide correct/fix work to the client to achieve a satisfactory service resolution. If a satisfactory service resolution can't be achieved, then the money associated with the service sale will be credited into your Elena May Salon Client Account. NO REFUND OF MONEY IS GIVEN.
ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS SERVICES are FINAL SALE according to Regulated Hygiene
Laws. If there is a problem, Elena May Salon will try to solve the issue. But if a client for
any reason goes to another salon/stylist after installation of hair extension or between
the appointments, Elena May Salon keeps the rights to refuse for future hair extension
accommodations of any kind due to its matter and will not be held responsible.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable for any reason to keep a scheduled appointment, Elena May Salon
asks that you provide at least 24 hours notice and we will gladly reschedule your
reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, you will
be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other
services with Elena May Salon.
Please understand when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving
enough notice, Elena May Salon will miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is
to forget. Because the services are reserved for you PERSONALLY, a CANCELLATION
fee will apply.
